We are very grateful for the blessings and graces that we are receiving from you Weng. Its been quite some time since I lost my online job. Maybe around 3-4 years ago. We are so dependent on

1)      Financial help for our every day need

2)       Shelter from the house that you built,

3)      Revenues from the Mango Land and Palay Land that you bought

4)      (Financial Security ) for Giving US back the house (MalinoVille|) you bought.

But NOW comes the opportunity for us to stand on our own and earn.

We are very glad that we have Mangoe Trees to give us P 20,000++ per year. It pays many bills and pay for every day expenses. We  are grateful for the Rice Field that put food and vegetables on the table every meal time and sell some excess palay to fill some everyday needs.

Every time we go home to Navy and you give us “Para Diesel and for the Kiddos”, We feel very thankful for having an aunty Wena with so much Big Heart to share.

Its been quite some time that I been wishing that somehow  and maybe sometime I could still find a way to earn and make money for myself to provide my family. It makes me feel better as a father. It will patch up the holes inside me as a working father ( How I wished). Any ways kids  keep growing. And im NOT getting any younger. Its really expensive to raise kids. From Every day expenses to school projects, baon,  and many more. We could NOT do it on our own without you “always THERE” and all the assets that you bought for us and you let us use.

I have a friend here, a kabalen, Kapampangan. He is engaged in Palay and Bigas Business for 27 yrs.  He have 2 elf truck,  1 Forward Truck, another 10 wheeler Truck that he use for hauling business – buying palay and bigas from Sta cruz, Zambales and Isabela and Cagayan and selling them in Olongapo and Manila and Bataan.

He also owned 2 brandnew Harvester (Kubota) and brand new Rotovator (Kubota). And Also brandnew Toyota Fortuner.  He also have piggery business, Rice Milling and Palay Dryer (on his pipeline plan). I guess Good Business for him. Every one is eating Rice 3 times a day.

He is open for Business Partnership. He's previous partner left and setup a SUV business. NO issues between them. He left his business journals for me to see and review. I see this as an opportunity. Delivery and Hauling of Rice is 4 times a week at an average of 500 cavans per trip. So an average of 2000 cavans of rice per week or 8000 cavans of rice per months. Cash Basis. Delivered and paid cash.

Weng, If you would invest and buy 50% of his company share, then you will become co-owner while doing nothing. If you will let me handle your place as co owner, then its good for me. I will report to you weekly income and deposit them in your account. You just pay me as your worker. I will execute a waiver and receive your money in your behalf. They are still your money 100%. We will execute a Contract and Memorandum of Agreement that in case you want to dissolve and get your cash, the other partner will liquidate some assets and convert your shares to cash and buy them back.

The owner is a trike driver 27 years ago. While her wife is Palay agent. They grow the business after 27 yrs. Owners are aggressive in expanding the business. Market is Huge. They have the Truckings for Hauling and Delivery. They have the manpower and expertise in their business. They have established regular customers in Manila, Bataan, Olongapo and Pangasinan. During Peak and Harvest Season – They would buy and store a lot of Palay here in Sta. Cruz. Around 10,000 cavans of Palay wet or dry and store them in warehouse in Burgos Pangasinan. Wait for less than a month then the price of palay will Shoot Up. Rice Mill can process 60 cavans of Rice per hour. There is NO competition here. There are only TWO palay buyer here in Sta. Cruz. If ever, We are the other one. They control the palay rice during peak/harvest season.

Every transaction is recorded and accounted using basic accounting. From buying palay to selling rice. Man power expenses for drying palay and hauling rice for delivery. Diesel expense and foods are also accounted. Generated income for every delivery is shown. I can get your income every week and deposit them in your account. Delivery is 4 times a week. Average of 8,000 cavans of rice a month depending on demand. The owner said, should you invest money – you will be provided with online bank account so you can trace your cash flow. When Money are used. When Money were deposited. You will see this online. I can also this for you. How much you earned every delivery will also be posted online. If you want to you can come here to to check and see how things are done.

I can guard and do your function. I will be your worker. I need to work (Please help me get this work. Its better earnings than setting up a Foundation here). It’s the best opportunity for me because the owner’s house and office is just minutes away from here. You will make  a lot of money by just parking your money here. Do NOT put your egg in one basket. Better if you DO NOT tell Joseph and other relatives that you will invest here ( just  my opinion.) I will execute a notarized waiver that all investments are yours. When one day (unexpected financial losses in your other investment) – you will be protected. Knowing you have a company here. I will represent you. All money and investment are yours. I know my place. Even here in your house and property  - should the time come that you want us to leave this place – we will go. No questions ask.

We are going old. We do NOT know when life will end. All I want is some work that I can lean on to sustain the education and everyday needs of our family especially the kids( medyo gipit pa paminsan minsan). What ever weekly income you will get – you can get them and spend them where you want. You can spend them in developing your house/farm here in Sta Cruz. It can also help in paying the amilyar ( tax) of your property here at close to P11,000 per year.  Use the income to help other people dear to you. The  money is yours. Please read and analyze what I have written 3 times. I hope you will NOT turn this down.

For Buy and SELL BIGAS.  Below are some of the actual income. Buy the Rice per Cavan in Pangasinan or Isabela or Cagayan and then SELL them in Manila, Bataan or Olongapo.

Turn around time  form getting the Bigas up to delivering the same bigas to customer is around 1-3 days time. Meaning  invested money will earn the “TUBO” after delivery. Deduction of Trucking, Manpower and Food expenses before coming up with the NET income for every delivery. Income for BUY and SELL bigas is average at 4%-9% depending on the market. Meaning investment will earn 4%-9% every 1-3 days every delivery route.  Current Delivery is 3-4 times a week.

For BUY Palay and SELL them as Milled Bigas. Earnings will Double.

I loaned some money to buy P80,000 hybreed goats. Hope i can sell their kids at P7,000 each after 8 months from now.. I will sell Sportivo to pay for those loans and  some other loans which i acquired while jobless for many years.
