The lot was registered to DENR to Florencia Mier when she is still single. Got Married to Mr. Velasquez and had only 2 daughters Aida Velasquez and Rosalinda Velasquez.
Aida Velasquez is still single until now while Rosalinda Velasquez married to Adonis Maravilla Sr,
Adonis Maravilla Jr. - Son of Rosalinda Velasquez and Adonis Maravilla Sr is our SPA seller.
Florencia Mier died at the age of 96 yrs old years ago.
CONCLUSION: No more issue or problem with the LOT. The record of DENR only shows that the lot has been owned and possessed by the predecessors of Adonis Maravilla even before the pre World War II era.
