Cost of 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom house

I made some research on how much would a 50 sqm concrete house with 2 Bedroom and One Bath Room.

A Livable Shell w/o Finishing Touches – 7,000 peso per square meter

I guess the lowest estimate for a 50 sqm house is P7,000 per sqm

so 50 sqm x P7,000/sqm = P 350,000.00


I think this budget would just be fine. But if you plan to visit your farm and stay for a night or some days we should atleast finish one room reserved for you and your guests.

But of course its YOUR CALL weng. We build the house on the budget you will provide NO matter how much. And we are very grateful that you will do this for us.

NOT included in the estimate of P350,000.00 are below:

1. Water System Jet Matic (with shallow well balon) and Pipeline Installation (of course water pump is fine with us. But if you or your guesst are coming here someday we  need water system)


I will keep track of all the expenses and record each accordingly for you to see.


ADVANTAGES OF CONCRETE HOUSE IN YOUR PROPERTY:


  1. Fast track issuance of Titling. As a tenant of your land having a concrete house ( NOT a kubo) would fast track the titling of your property by DENR.
  2. We needed shelter for your harvest and fertilizers and your hand tractor
  3. We needed to guard the Mangoes especially during harvest season.
  4. We as a family need a shelter on rainy season.
