I have secured the Tax Clearance certification from Treasurer's Office as the last DOCs needed to be submitted to DAR. So that can issue us DAR clearance needed by the Assessor's Office to change the NAME of the OLD owner.
Below is the signed letter of request to DAR and signed by its representative.
